“We just clicked instantly. Kevin is kind and dazzling, he loves music and is an incredible movie-quoter, something I rate very highly”, Rachel said in an interview with Southern New England Weddings.
Kevin worked in Management Consulting and had an MBA from New York University. He worked at Next Street’s New York Advisory Practice which he currently left in January 2016. The couple is now married and has no children yet.

Rachel and Kevin began planning their wedding after a sweet proposal on a tree-lined carriage. The proposal happened on a day when Rachel envisioned as homegrown and organic. Rachel said, “We didn’t want the instant wedding-in-a-box, but rather, we wanted to create something unique”.
Their wedding took place in a traditional Jewish ceremony at Mount Hope Farm in Bristol, Rhode Island in 2012. Rachel managed to do the best to make sure the wedding wasn’t “the instant wedding-in-a-box,” but instead “something unique.”
The duo is happy with each other. However couple doesn’t have any kids yet despite the fact that they have been married for five years. The couple is now staying in Santa Monica, California, where Platten has been recording. “I’m married to an amazing man, we’ve been together for ten years, and he is the cause, why I kept believing in my dreams,” Platten said to Weekly in December.

Platten describes her first date with Lazan at a bar: “It was gross, dingy, Lower East Side dungeon kind of bar. It [looked] like the lesbian night that night, so there was a lot of women snuggling, which is totally cool,” she recalled. “But he was embarrassed. He was like, ‘Oh my God!”
According to the belief that the last song on Platten’s Wildfire is “Superman” which was written after Lazan’s father became ill. Platten admitted the song was very personal.
There are no any rumors about the duo cheating each other or being in relationship secretly. There has been no news of divorce and dating as well. We can believe that the rumor won’t take place as the couple is both committed to each other.
