Impractical Jokers, the hidden camera reality show has taken the world of television by storm. The show revolves around four lifelong friends: Brian “Q” Quinn, James “Murr” Murray, Sal Vulcano and Joe Gatto. The four set up various embarrassing challenges for themselves, usually at the expense of unwitting bystanders.
The show is hilarious and has become a mainstay on TruTv. It has run for eight seasons so far and doesn’t look to be slowing down anytime soon. Not that we would even want it to. Though many people say it is a cringing comedy, we cannot seem to get enough of it. In this review, we will explore the lives of the four friends, and try to determine which one of them is married with complete details on their married life, wife, and kids.
Salvatore Edward Anthony Vulcano Jr. is an American comedian, actor, producer and writer. Sal was born on November 6, 1976, in New York City to parents Adele and Sal Vulcano Sr. His parents divorced when he was still a child. The comedian grew up alongside three sisters. Sal has Cuban, Italian, and Puerto Rican roots in his family tree.
The actor and his friends all attended the same high school, Monsignor Farrell High. They would lose touch when they went on to college but re-unite later on in life before the start of the show. The star made his acting debut in 1998, in a film named Damned. His good friend, James Murray directed it. While it did not fair relatively well with critics and fans alike, it gave Sal his start in the world of entertainment.
There wasn’t much we could find on his romantic relationships, past or present. So, the man may just be focused on his television career at the moment.
As far as we know, the comedian is not married or seeing anyone at the moment. Though there is always the possibility that he could be seeing someone and just keeping it away from the cameras. Time will reveal what is real and what are just rumours. There was also talk of Sal being gay. But he came out to confirm that he was a straight man.
One Fun fact about Sal is that he is an extreme germaphobe, which means that he is afraid of multiple things, including cats. The rest of the impractical jokers aren’t precisely sympathetic about his situation, many of his punishments on the show are usually structured around relate these fears.
Joseph Anthony Gatto Jr is an American Improv Comedian. He is of Italian descent. The man celebrated his birthday on the 5th of June, 1976. He was born in Staten Island, New York, and is presently 42 years old. Joey grew up alongside two older sisters, namely Gina and Carla.
Like the rest of his friends, he attended Monsignor Farrell High School. After finishing high school, Joey would move on to LIU Post and attained a degree in accounting. The comedian is more than his jokes; he is actively involved in various anti-bullying organisations.
About his filmography, the comedian has featured on several projects so far. Most recently, he would feature on an episode of 12 Monkeys with his close friend Sal. Joey played the part of a security guard named Larry which was inspired by the fictional character he created on his reality show, the Impractical Jokers.
Joe is the only member of the show who is a married man. He is married to Bessy Gatto. The two decided to get married on September 2013, and have been married for almost six years now. The couple has two children together. Their daughter, Milana Francis, was born on the 7th of May, 2015. She is four years old right now. Their son, Remington Joseph, was born on the 31st of July, 2017. He is almost three years old. Bessy and Joe have built a beautiful life together.
James Stephen Murray is an American improvisational comedian from Staten Island. Murray was born on May 1, 1976, which would make the man 43 years old at the moment. His family members include two older sisters named Christine and Danielle.
The comedian attended Monsignor Farrell High School on Staten Island and was heavily involved in the community theatre program at the school. It was a passion he shared mostly with one of his co-stars and best friends, Brian Quinn. James would later go on to study at Georgetown University, where he would earn a B.A in English.
The comedian filmography includes appearances on several films and cameos in TV shows. They include Damned, 12 Monkeys, Bones and Return to Return to Nuke them High aka Vol. 2.
In regards to marriage, we were surprised to learn that James has been married once, even though the circumstances of his nuptials were not exactly serious. He married Jenna Vulcano, one of his friend’s sisters, as part of the punishment in the final episode of season 3 of Impractical Jokers. They annulled the marriage the very next day.
There have also been rumours surrounding the comedian’s sexuality, but nothing substantiated so far as the guys over at impractical jokers never take anything seriously. In one of the interviews, James Murray came out as gay after Sal also came. Later, however, Sal revealed that he had only come out as gay so that it would give James the courage to come out as gay himself.
Brian Michael Quinn is from Staten Island and a famous improvisational comedian. Quinn’s birth date is 14th of March, 1976, which means that the man is 43 years old presently. His parents are Carol Murphy and James Quinn. The reality star grew up alongside two other brothers: Jim and Danny Quinn.
Like the rest of his crew, he also attended Monsignor Farrell High School in his hometown. Brian was active in the theatre as well as sports. The comedian made his acting debut in the film ‘Warshots’ in 1996. He has since appeared in a few more projects: 12 Monkeys, Vulgar, Big Helium Dog, and Dogma.
On the personal front, Brian has openly admitted to suffering from depression, which would see him get in trouble with the police, particularly during his time in Germany. But the comedian continues to fight the good fight. He is an animal lover and spends a lot of time with his pets outside the show.
In regards to his love life, his last relationship was with his ex-girlfriend, Emily Amick. The pair dated for a while before eventually calling it quits. Emily worked along with them on the Impractical Jokers, as a make-up artist. There haven’t been any other reports of him dating anyone else. We will keep posting yu with updates should anything change.
