In the early 1990s, Bobby Flay started his career working as an executive chef at Mesa Grill restaurant and later opened Bolo Bar Restaurant along with Laurence Kretchmer. After that, he opened his second restaurant Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
