The youngest child of the fashion-inclined family, Donatella had big shoes to fill at the fashion house. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She successfully guided Versace past the horrible situation her family was facing and quickly became the face of the company. The world was mesmerized by her prowess in the industry. She worked with her brother for more than a decade and was his muse. Three months after Gianni Versace\u2019s death, she made an appearance at the VH1 Fashion Awards. She looked much younger than her age and her face showed signs of plastic surgery. Over the years, she also appeared with a darker skin and fuller lips.
