American actress Mariska Magdolna Hargitay was born on January 23rd, 1964, in Santa Monica, California, to actors Mickey Hargitay and Jayne Mansfield. She had to witness her parent’s divorce at a young age, so she went through emotional distress at that stage.<\/p>\n
Mariska has two brothers, Miklos and Zoltan, and three half-siblings born from her mother’s first and third marriage.
