On the 1st<\/sup> of September 2019, reports broke that Kevin Hart was caught up in a serious accident, along with two of his friends. The highway patrol based in California revealed that Kevin was not behind the wheels of his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda at the time of the crash. He was in the front seat, with his friend Jared Black at the wheel, and another woman in the back.<\/p>\n

The car went off-road, tumbling off Mulholland Highway and falling ten feet down. The remains of the crash were so grizzly that it led some people to question just how Kevin Hart and his friends survived. Rebecca, the woman at the back, was the only passenger who left unscathed. Kevin and the driver, Jared Black sustained grave injuries and had to be rushed to the hospital.<\/p>\n

The Philadelphia born actor was taken to Northridge Medical Centre. According to a later report done by the California police, it was determined that Jared Black, who had been at the wheel, was not drunk. This dispelled the rumors that he had been driving under the influence.<\/p>\n

The California Highway Patrol neglected to comment on the nature of Kevin Hart\u2019s injuries. However, sources say that the popular actor suffered a serious back injury. This is undoubtedly what sparked the rumors that Kevin Hart might be paralyzed. But these are just unsubstantiated rumors with no facts to back them up.
