Joanna Jedrzejczyk is a mixed martial artist who is trained in Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Boxing. Her MMA career started in May 2012 in Poland by defeating Sylwia Juskiewicz.  She made her debut on UFC in July 2014, where she defeated Juliana Lima.  She also went ahead to win  UFC Women’s Strawweight Championship defeating Carla Esparza on March 2015

In June 2015, she is the fighter of the night after defeating Jessica Penne and in June  2016 she was once again the fighter of the night after defeating  Claudia Gadelha.  Today, she is UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion and also the only Polish champion of all time. She is also the Third European UFC Champion and the first female European UFC Champion. Joanna’s MMA record stands at 13-0 with her next fight scheduled for May 2017.

Joanna has competed in Muay Thai for around 10 years. She has won 70 matches and also acquired 4 amateur European championships and 5 amateur world championships. In professional kickboxing, she has won 27 times and only lost twice. In amateur kickboxing, she has a record of 37 wins and only 3 losses. Her achievements and trophies are very many ranging from IFMA and WKN World Championship, WMC Championship, J-Girls Championship, WKF European Championship and WBKF Championship.
